An excellent book to “up your game” as a Sunday School teacher

As a pastor, I taught this book to our Sunday School teachers. We used the book as a "continuing educational module” for our teachers. I gave each of our teachers a copy of the book. I encouraged them to read a week ahead the chapter for the upcoming week’s lesson. Each week they filled out a short quiz as they would read the chapter. Each week we examined a chapter and focused on lessons learned in that chapter. They loved it, and it really helped to increase their skill. I plan to take our teachers through it once a year for some years to come. It is such a rich and well balanced resource.
