Shipping policy
We endeavor to ship all orders in a timely fashion. Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days. Factors such as product availability, staffing, peak order seasons (Easter, Mother's Day, Graduation, Father's Day, Christmas) etc. may affect ship times.
Please note that orders with express shipping methods selected (Two Day or Overnight shipping) generally ship out the same business day it is received if received by 12pm (CT). Orders received after 12pm (CT) will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
PLEASE BE AWARE, ONCE YOUR ORDER LEAVES OUR FACILITY WE HAVE NO CONTROL OR GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY DATE. IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER BY/ON A SPECIFIC DAY, PLEASE CALL 1-800-247-9673 TO DISCUSS YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS.
Please allow 1-2 additional days for orders requiring Bible or Hymnal imprints.

Concerning MEDIA MAIL, we strongly encourage you to ship orders valued at over $50 via another shipping method other than MEDIA MAIL. MEDIA MAIL works best for small, economical orders. Media mail can take 5 - 15 business days to arrive once it leaves our facilities.
The Sword of the Lord reserves the right to choose an alternate/upgraded shipping method other than what is chosen by the customer, if it is best suited for the items being shipped and if it is in the best interest of the shipment. This will be at no additional cost to the customer and will always be an equal or upgraded method of shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information showing the respective shipping method.
Concerning orders sent to an inmate, due to the variety of products that prisons will not accept, we are not responsible if products sent do not reach the recipient. The sender is responsible for knowing what products a prison will and will not accept.
Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order and your shipping destination. All rates are set by the carrier. We do not inflate our shipping costs to include a profit, but simply to cover the actual cost to ship the items (including packaging costs).
The Sword of the Lord is not responsible for unclaimed packages returned to us. If your package is returned after delivery attempts are made, items may be refunded, less our shipping costs to and from recipient.
