Sword of the Lord Refund/Return Policy
We always want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Sword of the Lord Publishers. If a return is necessary, please be sure to use the following guidelines so that we can ensure prompt and proper handling of your return.
No orders are returnable after 60 days or order date.
It is very important that you contact us at 800-247-9673 or customerservice@swordofthelord.com to notify us of your return and receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA). Any returns received without this number will not be processed. Please be sure to write your RMA number on the box.
Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless defective or shipped in error. We strongly encourage you not to return product via Media Mail. If Media Mail is chosen, the Sword of the Lord will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
If you receive merchandise which is defective, or was shipped in error, please contact us immediately. We will supply you with a return label at no cost to you. Please be sure to include with your package any appropriate paperwork, such as the packing slip which accompanied your order. We will then replace the item or refund your purchase.
All returned merchandise much be clean, sellable stock, new condition, free from marks/labels, and in/with original packaging.
We reserve the right to impose a 10% restocking fee.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE:*
Imprinted Bibles and Hymnals
(If defective, we will exchange the Bible for the same Bible.)
Media such as DVD’s or CD’s, Sword Bulletin Service, special orders, out of print items, communion bread, and holiday/seasonal items.
Please do not use newspaper as packaging material. The newsprint will rub off on the items being returned.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
We reserve the right to limit the number of returns for any customer.
