I ordered this book never having heard of the author. I was simply looking for a book on prayer. I know when I order a book from The Sword Of The Lord it will be something helpful to me. This book was life changing. Maybe I should say prayer changing. It helped me so much & was just what I needed. I read so much of it to my daughter that she asked for her own copy. We’re now reading through it together. Other than my Bible I’ve never read a book & then turned around & started it over again immediately but I did with this one! It’s been such a help & blessing to us both. It explains things in such a simple way that things you’ve heard your whole life just become so clear. It’s like something clicked for us & it changed the way we pray. God has definitely used this book to not only bring us closer to Him through prayer but to help us understand that He really does want us to cast ALL our cares upon Him. I highly recommend this book!
