Terrorism is a word with ominous import. It appears in the news almost daily somewhere in today's world. It is an evil shadow that casts a gloom and pall upon the innocent, the unsuspecting, and certainly the undeserving. When you talk about terrorism today, you just naturally think of the names of certain notorious criminals and tyrants. You think of the World Trade Center attack and the Federal Building tragedy in Oklahoma City. You think of planes being blown out of the sky as in the tragedy over Lockerbie, Scotland. None of them, however, is the leading candidate for the most feared, the most dangerous, the most infamous terrorist of our time. Another candidate is nominated for that dishonorable mention. You will find him everywhere. Everybody knows him! He is the most famous of all the terrorists and, indubitably, the most dangerous of them all. "Who is he?" you ask. "Tell us plainly, who is this famous character?" When you read this pamphlet, you will find out who he is and how to deal with him.
