The father is the one whom God gives the immense task and responsibility of leading his wife and children. When we consider the enormous importance that God places upon this leadership, we would do well to give the father his rightful place and recognition. When family members resist the father or take the position from him, or when the father neglects to step up and take the lead, the home is weakened and open to the attacks of Satan.
