Tackling Temptation Triumphantly

As long as we live in human flesh, temptation is an ever present issue. The Bible say, "But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed" (Jas. 1:14). The importance of overcoming temptation should never be diminished. The danger that is poses is clearly set forth in Scripture. "Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin; and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death; (James 1:15). No temptation is impossible to overcome, because the Lord makes victory over it possible. Dr. Ouellette's analysis will encourage us and instruct us in how to make the same predetermination.
